I am a sociologist and work as a research assistant at the unit Sociology of the Body and the CRC Studies in Human Differentiation. In my research, I investigate the construction of social knowledge on sexuality and disability as fields of social problematizations. My sociological interest is particularly focused on historicity, the negotiation processes and modes of action of “knowledge” and what we socially regard as “true”. As a qualitative-empirical social researcher, I investigate these questions using methods that interpret and reconstruct meaning, in particular discourse analysis and ethnography.
